Solution Sales Manager – Lostar
Mission
The Solution Sales Manager adds value to Lostar by selling our Information Security, IT Governance and Business Continuity solutions.
Experience / Educational Requirements
• Min. 3-5 years of Industry experience in IT; preferably related to information security, IT governance & business continuity.
• BA/BS required preferably in an engineering field from Boğaziçi, ODTU, Bilkent, Sabancı or similar universities.
• MBA/Masters Degree is preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise selling technology solutions to senior business and IT decision makers.
• Effective account management, including Account Planning, Opportunity Generation and Management, Communication Plans, and Business Management Excellence.
• Information Security, ITIL (IT Infrastructure Lifecycle), CobiT (Control Objectives for Business and Related Information Technologies), Business Continuity, sales management, complex sales training, presentation skills, effective marketing tactics, negotiation skills, business process consulting.
Responsibilities
• Developing a healthy Information Security, IT Governance and Business Continuity pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Create and maintain long term relationship with our existing customers and increase cross-sell.
• Researching targeted accounts’ relevant total spend and driving a strategy that gives Lostar a significant percentage of that spend.
• All sales activity including proposal preparation, short & long term budgets with high accuracy realization on revenue and line of business basis.
• Delivering referenceable and satisfied accounts that can be leveraged in future sales engagements.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills to large or executive audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to build and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong sales aptitude with the ability to lead strategic technology discussions.
• Ability to provide analysis and suggested courses to align IT to complex business problems.
• Deep technical skills with the ability to learn and translate the feature and functions set into customer solutions and win against the competition.
• Working proactively within assigned opportunities to uncover and qualify new opportunities.
• Developing strong, strategic partners engaged in immediate and long-term strategic opportunities.
